Pros: - hotel is practically across the street from the Casino & a short, easy walk to the French Qtr and Riverwalk with Aquarium and river boats. I told the clerk it was not the same room I was given on the app and was just told 'I know.' No reason or explanation and I was put at the end of the hall near the laundry/maintenance room so very busy at night. So, I manually checked in and I was given a different room #. I pre-checked in on the app and was given a room # however, when I arrived my digital key wasn't working/available. In fairness, co-workers staying at surrounding hotels felt the same about their hotel. You can tell it gets a lot of use as parts of it seem dated and very worn. I am a big fan of Hilton and this hotel was just okay. I do know other hotels in this area were sold-out. I think this hotel is much smaller than it appears in picture. I stayed here while attending a huge convention.
